Always blaming the notary for any problems

Is anyone else facing this. It seems we get blamed for everything that goes wrong. Even if we do make a mistake and admit mistake we still get blamed for everything that might have gone wrong?

This is becoming a real problem

Yeah, it goes with the territory when doing this job. If the mistake truly is yours, do whatever you need to do to fix it. If it's not your mistake, don't let yourself get bullied into fixing somebody else's screwup for free.

Re: For instance..

I received a call from a TC this morning. Seems I didn't return all the docs. Said some trust docs were missing from pkg.

LOL - the pkg was still on my kitchen table next to the Special K - I just did the signing last night.

I must have had the same TC

Get a call this morning 0615 PDT, raising H*** that they did not get their packet. I kindly stated that since we just signed @ 7:00 last night that it will not be taken to Fedex till later in the morning for a Friday delivery. She then stated to make sure I did it so there will no problem tomorrow. Yes Ma'am consider it done.
