however, I read a lot of info/emails, etc. and folks, it's not just notaries making these types of spelling mistakes.
How about "loose" v. "lose"?

Nice Professional - I might be inclined to error on the side of caution.
B*tchy/critical Professional - You mean you might "ere"?
(Me thinking: Sigh. No, B*tchy/critical - you also erred. It's "err."

Ok everyone, I get 20 with a wet noodle for spelling. I have a real issue thats needs attention. It is not a notary issue, but pertains to a signing service and what transpired.SS located in california.

Maybe if you put a few of the facts out there it would pique the interest of a lawyer. As it stands now, they don't know what on earth they'd be getting into to give you insight.
