Company takes almost three months to pay!
I have been doing assignments for company they still owe me from back in April. I finally have told them get caught up. Or I can not do any more signings for them. Company is First National Closing Agents. Just A (FYI) for everyone.

TitleStream at 71 days !
I am having trouble with TitleStream. According to the posts they pay about 60 days ... it has been 71 days as of today.
In 6/13 I sent them a "final invoice" giving them 15 days to pay or they are going into collections. Anyone have any other advice?

Threaten a report to BBB and AG's office - and do it.

We should all take note on slow payers.
Normally this is a sign that a company is having financial difficulties. There are some on this board who will wait 90 days or later before they become concerned. They look at it as just part of their income stream and it will show someday. I start calling at 30 days and really start hounding at 45, to do anything less I believe is walking away while leaving $ on the table. For those above, I'd suggest you start calling the title company that hired the SS and start building heat from both sides. Chances are the SS will blow you off, but will not blow off their paymasters. Good luck.

Re: We should all take note on slow payers.
I was calling everybody after 60 days. Called the LO and closing people and told them I wasn't getting paid. I was trying to rattle the cage of some manager who might care.
