Credible Witness

Hello i have a question. I Know if a person dont have any id and i dont personally know that person thay need 2 credible witnesses. My question is can a person use a credible witness when that are signing a interspousal transfer grant deed.

Yep - depends on the state ...

in Ohio, I must personally know the credible witness. What are the chances of a buddy of mine knowing some Joe off the street wanting a doc signed?
