Credible witnesses in CA?

I was looking through the 2007 handbook, and there's nothing on credible witnesses. Or maybe I'm blind?

The bo has to sign an interspousal deed but only has a mexican id. Can she use 2 credible witnesses as her id (on a deed)? TIA.

Go to the handbook and read pages 8 and 9. You will find your answer.

Thank you. I found my answer on pg 10 in the 2007 handbook.

Remember this: you must give the credible witnesses the credible witness oath, they must have current ID and they must sign your journal.
