Excel Signing Services, LLC
I am preparing a letter to the California Attorney General regarding Steve Vahey and Excel Signing Services, LLC , Costa Mesa, CA concerning his deceptive business practices i.e. not paying for services. The person doing the scheduling is "Mark". If anyone would like me to include their information regarding signings they have not been paid for please send me a pm. Do not use the forum. I need dates and amounts. I received a call from a SA that performed a signing for them recently so he is still scamming people.
