Express Financial Updates?
Anyone have anything new on Express Financial? Still getting the runaround and the "checks in the mail" story. I understand that they are short handed... but if it was truly an automatic payment system 45 days after the signing was completed I don't think it can be that difficult. It has been 75 days on mine now... I usually don't bother anyone until 60 days but these folks are getting on my nerves now. I don't like to be lied to and I don't like to chase my money down.

No updates but I cannot believe the excuse of being short staffed. They have enough people when they need a closing done and they are a huge company. I was told they now pay net/45 days but are 1-2 weeks behind. The next time they need a closing done I'll tell them I am behind and can do it in a week.

I got called from them and I questioned the payment schedule. I was told they are running at about 52 days. Went ahead and took it. Met my fee with no problem because of the distance, even got extra out of them for the few fax backs. Was sent an e-mail with a test to take. Wonderful! Just what I love.

I'm at 75 days with them also.........keep getting next week, next week, short handed, blah blah blah......not holding my breath.........used to be a good company, guess all good things must come to an end.

They have always been around 90 days to pay me. I take the closings, don't like the pay schedule but I do take them.

I usually get paid within those 45 days.
But, right now am waiting for pay from April closings.Maybe mine will be in the mail too?
I am concerned.
