FedEx shipping a/c error

I forgot to enter the recipient FedEx account # on a shipment and have been charged for it. I cannot figure out how to use the FedEx website to correct the error. When I go to the FedEx shipping page, I don't see a tab to correct shipping information.

I would appreciate some help with this. Thanks!

Has the package already shipped? If so, there is no way to correct it online, you must call them. (And then you still may not be able to change the billing.) If the package has not been "picked up" and scanned in yet, simply cancel the shipping request and make a new one.

The shipment was sent in May. I didn't realize that I made the error and just received an invoice.

I had the same thing w/one of mine - called FedEx, told problem, gave them correct acct. # and they corrected immed. Also called TC, just in case they were wondering why charge so late. All went fine and I had no further comments/consequences, etc. Trying to fix online prob. not effective.
