Florida property, how many witnesses....

on what and can I be one? The loan guy doesn't know, me either. Can a florida notary help me, I need to leave for this signing.

On the mortgage,1 and you can be the witness. On a deed,2 and you can be one of the witnesses.

No witnesses needed on mrtgage - unless required by lender.
on deeds - then 2 witnesses, one can be the notary. When using witnesses make sure their names are printed underneath their signature.
