Gmail account

Anyone have a gmail account? I just set one up to forward my closings too when my main e-mail gets too full. I tried to open an attachment and it took forever and ever to open. Is this the way it is with gmail or is it me? I also "archived" some and now can't get them back. Can't see where to bring them back. Thanks for any help.

I've used gmail for some time mainly because they have a huge mailbox so large files download fast and your box is never full. I have never had any problems opening attachments. Whatever you "archived" is in trash on bottom of left column. Hope this helps

Thanks Frenchie, but what I archived is not in trash. What is in trash is what I deleted, not archived. Any other ideas where the archives are? I just tried to download another attachment and it went much faster this time. I must have had a slow connection earlier.

Look on the left hand side and click on "All Mail". Everything that you've archived should show up.

Thanks Doris. That's what I was looking for. I feel so dumb. Didn't even try that.

Sorry, the way you had "archived" written I thought you were being facetious and had deleted something, thus my answer. I am glad someone else picked up the ball and helped you.

No problem Frenchie. I know you were just trying to help. As you can tell, I'm not the most technology smart person.
