Heads up on Service Link E-mail docs
They called this morning to see if I could do a local closing this week. Fees to be met, but then said "...will likely be e-mail docs. Would you be willing to revise your printing fee to $20 from $25?" I mentioned that LSI ($18) was also trying this with unknown success, but no I cannot do it for less than the minimums on file. They said they would have to keep looking for someone who would.
They did call back about 45 minutes later and said that they could meet the fee. But, the time slot was filled by then. Just saying no to bad policy feels good...
