A while back, out of curiosity, I went to the very first post on this forum and read through to the current ones. It appears to me that the the names change but the posts are eerily the same. I can say that the only bright light I see in resolving some of the problems in common is the rise of the notary networks. I can also say that I have met several very nice people with whom I continue to communicate though most frequently off this site.
