LandAmerica

I got a call from this LandAmerica Company last night. I see some of you talking about them. They asked me to do a closing for them "right away". I wasn't doing anything and could do it, of course, it took them almost 2 hours to draw the docs and get them to me. Needless to say it was 10:00 p.m. before I even started the signing.

But that really isn't my question. I have had such a problem with a few other companies collecting lately, what I would like to know is how is LandAmerica in paying? Before I start doing business with them on a regular basis. Any response would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Tanya

I do lots of work for Land America and they pay me within 2 weeks. Never had a problem.

It takes around 30-45 days to get into their database after your first closing. But once you are in there, I have received checks in 7-10 days. Never had a problem!

Tanya, my experience with LandAmerica is similar to those who've already posted. They are prompt and reliable. They have met my fees without a lot of negotiating too.
