Loan America out of Pennsylvania

Just got a call from these people asking me to do an e-doc WAMU loan tonight. Told him I had the availability, then he looked on his list for California and said ok would you be willing to do this for $85.00? I told him, "No, no way, no way!" What are these people thinking?

Maybe that's all there is to them - probably a new start up looking to make a buck on the signing agents back.
