I worked for her three times last year. First time met my fee and paid within 2 weeks. Second time took 2 months (and numerous calls and faxes )and she shorted my check by $25. The last time was edocs and a no sign. She wouldn't pay full fee even thought I printed docs, met with borrowers for an hour and after them calling their LO, they didnt sign.

I was supposed to do a closing for them last night at 7 pm. I made several phone calls to ask where the docs were. They said they would find out and call me. They didn't call me, then I would call them again. Finally, at 6:55 pm I called and said that "It appears that this loan closing is not going to take place tonight. Lola said that the title co did not receive the docs from the lender.

She said the loan should go off today, and I told her that I would not be able to handle it.

I did one for them & don't recall any issues. I'll have to check on how long to get piad when I get back to my office & report back.

I've done one for them - paid less than my standard fee but paid me in 3 weeks.
