Metro Financial Services - any info?

I am doing some digging in my attempts to collect from Southeastern Settlements in West Columbia, SC. I have found that the same person running SE Settlements also owns a company named Metro Financial Services. Same address for both is listed with SC SOS. I did a search for Metro Financial but nothing came up.
