New to the site and the ocala area

Hey there everybody, I'm new to this website and being a NSA. I'm also a licensed Mortgage Broker located in the Ocala FL area. Hope to meet some people locally in which we can do business in the future. The Mortgage company I work for is Affiliated Mortgage Services of Central Florida. We offer a good variety of progrma s and what not, especially to work with the tough buyers market we have to contend with.

Welcome to the site. If you need a great signing agent to notarize your loans (you can't do them yourself I am sure you know) then Monica Carter who posts on this board is IMHO the best in the Ocala area. I have a signing service and can vouch for her work

Ahh good point, now that I think about that would be a no-no to do in a forum, I should have known better thanks for the insight!

Sylvia thank you for the offer, Hopefully she reads this if not we should get in touch because if I am in need of her assitance then it would really help me (yes I am aware I cannot sign my own closing, it's usually down by the title company we use, usually First American here in Ocala provides a Notary) I will send you a Messege inaquiring more information.

Haha I was going to mention that mis spell but forget
