Nexus Signing Solutions

Hi everyone. I was sent a confirmation for $135 to do a refinance for one of Nexus Solutions borrowers. The night before the closing....contacted borrower....he said no, I'm not going to sign. Contacted everyone. The next day.....got calls the deal is on. Printed the e-docs, called everyone again, and the borrower's wife....ok see you soon. Get a call at 6pm from wife....no, my husband doesn't want to sign....contact everyone again.....(in the meantime...I pass up another signing for that evening). 7:30pm arrives (supposed to be at clients at 8pm)...ok its on.....I call the borrower before walking out the door....no he will not sign. call everyone again.....end of the story goes like this.....Nexus won't take my calls, respond to emails, loan officer same thing....called title company, no response.....I was asking for half fee and my $25 for printing....can't physically speak to anyone.......any suggestions????? I wasted so much time on this. Nexus is not keeping their word.....Infact, Dan at Nexus stated that it the borrower canceled, he would pay me full fee....he lied.

I had the same problem on Tue. Printed over 200 pages total, and borrower met me at the front door and changed his mind about the loan. (This was after I had confirmed with him 2 hours earlier.) It was an hour drive round trip.
Have not been able to get in contact with Nexus. Left voice mails and E-mails with no response. This is the first time I have worked for Nexus. Will keep trying and hope for the best. I also asked for half fee + $25 for printing.

You expect to receive half fee plus $25 and you didnt even go to the signing. Ha.. I can understand a SS agreeing to pay full fee if the borrowers sign but rescind but if the whole signing got canceled and you didnt even have to show I would count on nothing more than $25 for printing.
Thats the nature of this industry. Brokers are always pushing deals through when the borrowers dont even fully agree with the terms. Sure its frustrating, but I wouldnt expect an SS to pay half plus $25 when they are probably not making anything.

I agree JP,
If you don't do any more than print than a print fee is all you would get. I would try for $35 due to the cost of paper and toner.

You would get 1/2 of the fees if they canceled at the table (or door).
