I got that email too. It just says "Due to unforseen circumstances there would be a delay in payment"...It didn't say they were not going to pay. I'll keep you all updated.

notary business, this is no way to do business.......if you call a notary and request his or her services you need to be able to pay for those services. This does not send a red flag in your direction.....do you really think they have not paid themselves?
