A few definitions:
Uorthodocs – Papers providing for an adjustable rate loan with no interest for the first 10 years except in leap years, and thereafter for interest at 2 percentage points over the standard vig charged by the Sopranos.
Docsumintary – The small cache of Tic Tacs signing agents carry in their briefcases so they won’t have to ask the borrower for a glass of water to relieve dry mouth.
Paradocs – Real estate documents produced by an attorney’s paralegal; often, of far better quality than those done by the attorney himself
Docsology – Hymn of gratitude hummed by signing agent as he heads home at 10:30 on Friday night.
