Quicken Loan

I have a signing tomorrow afternoon I just received and it is for 3 seperate Quicken Loans. Borrower has docs. Does anybody know about how many pages are in a single Quicken Loan? I have done them but do not remember.
Thanks!

I do many refi's and helocs for Quicken. They are very small packages, about 30-40 pages. Shouldn't take you much longer then 20-30 minutes. Just remember to use blue ink!!

ms/IL is absolutely right. They are fast and easy. However the last couple of Quicken Loans I did had the dreaded 'Statement of Information' form in them which as we know can add quite a little chunk of time to the signing. If I'm really in a time crunch I just mention to the borrower about that form. They might be willing to complete it in advance.

Hope this helps.

I always slip the statment of info to the bottom of the stack, gives me plenty of time to double check everything. Quickens are "Quick" hehehe...

Thank you everybody. Now the only problem is they are only 8 miles away from a casino. I think I will stop in and use this signing money on slots Smile
Have a good weekend and holiday!

Yeah, the Quickens are fairly short length. Borrowers usually get the docs ahead of time. I have one for tomorrow too.

yes, blue ink is the norm with them.
