did a closing on February 16 and no payment to date. Have not received a response to any of my faxes or e-mails. I got Mary Tirado on the phone just a while ago. I inquired about payment. She said I have to e-mail ANOTHER invoice. I asked how long until my check arrives. Says she will have to verify it hasn't been paid. Well of course it hasn't - or else I wouldn't be calling. Says she doesn't believe I've sent it 4 times - no, I'm just making that up - I like to play the nonpayment game. I pushed her for how to receive my check - she says asap. I ask what asap means since we're now at 4 months. She hangs up on me.

Sue.......I have been doing business w/ Mary for a few years and NEVER had any issues w/ payment. I have found her to be a very pleasant person to do business with. I am really surpised and disappointed to hear of your dilemma....these days you just don't know what in the heck is going on w/ these signing services.....it's a shame!

shortly after I posted this she called me and apologized. She said she was in the middle of something else and shouldn't have even answered the phone. I did, once again, resend my invoice and she e-mailed me shortly thereafter that my check was going out today.
