Re: SECURE SIGNINGS...Took me 3 months to get paid

I had to threaten then saying I was going to take Legal action if I did not get paid by a certian date and then finally got paid. I sent 5 emails, called 10 times and finally. I even called the afterhour number and did not get anyone.

Re: SECURE SIGNINGS...Took me 3 months to get paid

Got a call from Secure Signings today. He was not happy with my negative comment about him and told me so.
Just pay your notaries and you won't have this problem.

If it's the one in MD, it's not his fault - 'the staff' is the problem. If the title company was Certified, I'll give you the e-mail address of the attorney/owner of the company if you need it - that seems to get results. Also, a small claims court PROMISE seems to do the trick. I like the way they operate - 'staff' consists of Donald and Rhonda. They operate out of a "Suite" however when I sent a local notary to scope out the place it was actually their house - perhaps the second bedroom on the right is the "Suite" for the business. Also, if you faxed your invoice - per the confirmation - the 'staff' can't seem to get it from the fax machine to the payables pile - he wants it send via his web site. Not sure how the thought process works below the Mason/Dixon line but up here a judge surely would determine that a sent invoice is a sent invoice, no matter the method and payment would be due.

I sent it on the website and that did not work either.
