Secure Signings...
Got an email from Secure Signings in MD this evening. He was not happy that I made a negative remark about his company. I'm sorry if I offended you, I just merely stated that you paid me 90 days after I did a closing for you.
Fool me once, shame on me; fool me twice, shame on you. I have a friend that closes here in MD that has not been paid for 6 closings from them.

I did over 15 signings for them, the last over a year ago. Usually took 2 - 3 months; however I always got paid, unlike a lot of companies. They always met my fee.

Re: Don't mean to be a stickler
"Fool me once, shame on me; fool me twice, shame on you."
but the correct quote for this adage is "Fool me once, shame on YOU. Fool me twice, shame on ME. . .

Never Again. They do not answer calls, e-mails or faxes. Did three signings for them in September '06. Got paid in February '07. After I reported them to the BBB and the Attorney General's office. .Both here and in Maryland. Be aware.
