So did you have a good EOM

The last 8 days help me out alot. The first 2.5 weeks were unreal (horrible #s) Hope to catch a few straglers the last few days of the month.

I set a goal for the last 2 weeks and met that number.. thank god. I hope July does not hold like past history - I will be lucky if I get 2 signings the first 10 days (big vacation time on the east coast)

I had one this morning and two more for tonight. All scheduled to fund on Saturday.

Sounds like my month was similar to yours, slow in the beginning and busy enough at the end to make up for the slow start!

I have been super busy this month after a slow April and May. I have turned down so many because of scheduling, lowballing. I need 1 more after tonight to break my all time record $ wise. No, I won't take a lowball just to break it. lol

Never mind the rescission period. I get refis all during the last week. This month ain't over until Friday.

I broke my record last week. This has been one busy month beginning to end for me. I'm taking the rest of the month to go pick up my son in Ft. Jackson, SC. He is finishing his AIT ( Advanced Individual Training) this week. Then we're going to the Smokies for the rest of the weekend. You all have a great EOM.

Not the best, but steady all month and better than any other this year. I remain - Hopeful.

The Smokies are beautiful right now albeit a bit over run with tourists (4th of July is soo busy) but if you like the outdoors the Rhododendrons (purple ones) should be in bloom still and that's so beautiful. Enjoy your R&R and your son's Company!
