Speedy Closings -- Out of Business **Notaries Beware***

Please do not perform any loan closings for Speedy Closings. I performed a closing for them in March 2007 and still have not been paid. I spoke with the owner on several occasions and was promised each time that payment would be remitted the following day. I attempted to contact them again last week and discovered their fax and office phones are disconnected.

They did move last month. I do quite a bit of work for them and have always been paid. Regina did you invoice them? They do like to be invoiced at the end of the month. I just spoke to Ron the accountant so I know they are still alive and kicking!

I will never close another loan for them, because their payment procedure is too long and to date, I have not received payment for a loan that I closed for them on March 16. I spoke with the Frank (the owner) who has committed on 3 occasions that payment would be sent the following day. So far, no payment has been sent to me.

Yes, I submitted the invoice at the end of month that the closing completed. The number that I called and the fax number were both disconnected as of last week.
