I am curious to know if you are having a payment issue with them. After reading the great reviews here and seeing that they pay by direct deposit, I took the closing. Now I am at 40 days and cant talk to anyone nor get a response by email.

On there website they have live chat. I was able to talk to someone there yesterday. I hope that will help you.

Not yet , but I think I may have one with them my first closing with them was Sat the 9th, did you read the issue with the title company they used . for tis closing??

I did a signing for Nexus in April. When I did not receive payment approaching the 45 day mark, I replied to the confirmation e-mail they sent me for the job, letting them know I had not received payment and asking for a status update. They replied immediately and I did receive a check approximately one week later. My notes say that payment was finally received at the 50 day mark.

I still have not received a payment for an April signing. I just sent a message through their live chat. Unfortunately there was not anyone live to chat with so I just left a message. I will definately keep everyone updated on how this turns out.

Well I recieved a call from Dan, he left a message stating that Renee, was just calling about the why the package can back, he said she said it was unorganized and unprofessional all over the place she was unset, but all the paper were sign and that payment would be processed.

I was surprised there was no mention of the HUD not being signed, I think she jump the gun, and didn't ck the whole package before she rush calling me to "bless me out" about it .

we'll see if payment is recieved also I'll keep you up?

I did call and left a message for Dan telling him what happen also, Renee did call me back today again very rude again very unprofessional telling what was going to happen, if I contact the LO or the Borrower, I didn't have time to exchange word I have better things to do with my time at 8:30am in the Morning, I did explain to Dan that the package was a FHA and very large, that I did try to contact his company before going to the closing Saturday but I got no call back about the size of the package and as far as unorganized I explain the way I have the borrower sign each doc then I turn them over not to get them mix up , but what I did do this time was put the clipholder on once I was finish, it would not fit in the legal envlope, so I took it off to make the doc's fit, I guess that was my fault I should have put a note saying BEWARE YOUR PACKAGE IS SO LARGE I COULDN"T BIND IT WATCH OUT WHEN TAKING OUT OF PACKAGE THEY MAY FLY EVERY WHERE.
if theres a next time witch I dout, I'll go get a UPS Pac then they'll complain about the cost of that what do you do with 196 page doc's one loan mind you, just one.

No, but if you find a way please post it. I have sent faxes and emaisl and certified letters, but they won't sign for it.
