Thank you all for the good advice

Just a quick update on the signature issue that I brought up in a previous post.
I called the Title co, let them know of what happened, faxed some papers and they said I should send in the docs and hopefully it is going to be ok with the lender. As far as the incident with the borrower, they said that they have enough record of my work and behavior and I should not worry about it.
Thank you Dorothy for your advice, you are right, I should not let a total stranger to control my life, ruin my evening and night when I was only trying to do my job. My attitude is the same, when I walk into someone's home I know I have to do what I have to do to get the job done and I will never see them again, but this one got me really good

I do a lot of work for a title company that sends out a questionnaire to all their customers that have used mobile notaries when closing, asking them to rate the notary, and the total 'signing experience'.
I just received my first bad report. It said I was poorly dressed, (I always dress business) not helpful, not knowledgeable, and generally checked off all the negative boxes on the questionnaire. This disturbed me, as I pride myself on being very professional, and doing a "perfect" job. I remember this lady. A relatively newly licensed real estate salesperson, that believes she speaks with the word of God. I can't say more than that here. It was a long signing, with her many unrelated phone conversations, and comments about the documents. I at one point said "I'm just the notary, if you want this loan; sign the documents as they are. If you have questions, call your LO, or the title company." I've been in this business, and related fields a long time. (I am currently, and have been for years, a licensed 'employing' Real Estate Broker) {This lady would NEVER work for me!} I've seldom come across any questions I couldn't answer, if I chose to. I usually handle arrogant, haughty, fussy, dense people very well, but I guess not in this case.
I did call the title company, and relayed my concern about her comments. They said "Don't worry about it. We had to send three different notaries out to finally get her loan closed, and she didn't like ANY of them! We have always only had good comments about you, and this person has no credibility with us at all. We appreciate your good service." You can't win them all! And some you shouldn’t care about. When dealing with the public you will eventually run across some bi-polar ninny, whose opinion of you doesn’t matter.
