Another ad from the NNA for NSA training just popped into my email box. It included the following statement:

"Changes in the lending industry have created an urgent need for NNA Certified and Background Screened Notary Signing Agents"

We've probably all seen this before, but given the current environment, I can't decide if it's hilarious or pathetic! Actually, it may be true; they just left off the part where it says "...who will work for less than minimum wage fees."

Sad thing is that there will be plenty of people who will swallow their line. Be prepared for the next crop of newbies wondering how to make a go of this business.
