Title Stream payment-nonpament
Has anyone receive payment from Titlestream since the last thread on them. I am still waiting on payment from March and April 07 invoices.
I had some interesting e-mail exchanges with Chris McLucas the past couple of days, so I will give it a few more days to see what happens next.
If not resolved soon, I plan to send letters to Lenders soliciting there help. Any other suggestions?

Try contacting the Texas Secretary of State. This non-payment behavior seems to be a well estalished pattern for Title Stream based on the posts for the last year or two. I'm curious to know what Chris McLucas said.

I have been waiting for payment since April. I have sent emails, called, and faxed with no luck. Finally I sent them a 5 day demand for payment letter or I would add 10.00/week late fee to their bill and report them to the BBB. I did just that last week so we will see what happens. I will keep you posted!

By all means, I would report them to the Secretary of State, the BBB, the FBI, Texas Rangers, Post Office, American Legion, and anyone else you can think of. Threaten criminal charges; warn them you're going to show up in front of their office with all of your cousins and picket them. And above all, tell them never ever no way no how send you any more closings.
TitleStream has been one of my best -- perhaps my best -- customer for at least three years. They do professional loan packets, and pay well, and they >>do<< pay. Why they pay late I have no idea, but when the paychecks show up with two-three months worth of closings on them, I am generally grateful that payment from TitleStream is always a protracted process.
Maybe one of the reasons they send me so much business is the number of signing agents who get itchy when the 45-60 day mark comes around and there's no paycheck. I only get antsy when the calendar reaches 90 days.
They haven't stiffed me yet.

I did a closing on 5/21 and I have been emailing the schedulerin hopes that he can get them to cut me a check. I asked him how he got notaries to close for him if they are not being paid. My terms are net 30 or I do not take another signing from them.

Re: Title Stream payment-nonpament...so, Hank...
How about telling us what the COO of TitleStream says.
I feel certain they will pay you. It would just be nice if they'd be up front about the fact that they are on a 75 days payment plan.
