Well, well, well Countrywide...
Boy, they are busy little bees, did 3 tonight. Thank you Countrywide.
Got in a 10pm and got a call from LandAm wanting me to do a closing 40 minutes from me, and do it tonight. She said "no matter what price".....should have said $500 but no, I declined, said I was done for the night. Month after month, year after year, lenders trying to close a loan on a seconds notice, and all for the paycheck (if the rate does not expire) yeah, right.

Guess what Loretta......now Accusigning is calling for the same signing....11:30 pm. It was not to difficult to turn down for $100.......I'd rather change the cat's litter box. CW needs to get their S*** together...same stuff every month end.

I have done 10 CW Full Spectrum's this month. All through the same TC. Easy pkg's. I could do them all day.

Or how about when the loan is scheduled DAYS in advance, but it doesn't happen for another day or two because docs aren't ready? Now that is frustrating. Especially when you've got the closing scheduled and the bo's are expecting it to close. Then when you call in to find out where docs are, they tell you, "Oh.. it cancelled for today". URGH!

Well, LJ, as long as they meet my fee, I'll do them all day. I am not a beggar and I am not driving 40 minutes one way for $100 or less. I won't get out of my lazyboy for that. I find that full spectrum's have tons of fax backs and I will do them, as long as they meet my fee.

Loretta, you took me wrong. The CW full spectrums that I have done this month (10) have had NO fax backs at all. I have done all 10 with the same TC. It has been great. I certainly didn't mean that you should drive 40 miles and do all the fax backs for the 100. I wouldn't do that either. It is not worth it and wouldn't get out of my lazyboy either. It is strange that some have tons of fax backs and others none. Don't quite get that either. I was just saying the ones that I have done have been easy pkgs and I would do them all day. Didn't mean that you should too. Sorry.

Oh, I didn't take it that way. I have never seen a full spectrum in my area that did not require fax backs so kudos to the title company that doesn't require it.

Re: Guess I've been extremely lucky...
I've done several CW's - no fax-back requirements AND no splits!!!

Re: Guess I've been extremely lucky...
Had a CW last night and one tonight also. Both had an extensive page of faxback requirements but the title company I'm dealing with said THEY would do that, and that it was not for me to do...wow!

The only ones in my experience who require
all of that hoopla are Land AmeriacaOneStop and LSI. All of the other Countrywides I do there are no faxbacks. It's a beautiful thing. LandAm got me last EOM, docs were late, I finally told them I couldn't do it, I had other things to do. The woman actually asked me if I was new, because this was how it's done at EOM. I told her no, that I had done 4 CW that day. Bleh! I was suprised they agreed to my fee in their first place.

Same here, Cassie. I do about 5-15 CW/FS's weekly, and do not get asked for fax-backs or split packages. I mostly deal with FL branches of CW/FS, though, they really are great to work with. IME in FL, the AE's have explained the paperwork and figures before I arrive. In and out in 45-ish minutes. Love them!
