has anyone done business with this firm out of Newport Beach CA lately?
The borrower cancelled twice, luckily I did not have to go out to find out.
The deal was a refi and the HUD did not show the payoff amount although there was a payoff sheet in the package. I mentioned this to the company and they said dont worry about what is on the docs just get them signed.
