lenders first choice log in trouble
anyone had trouble logging in to print docs - what did you do - is there an after hours - i left a message with website support - do not know if they call back on the weekend -

make sure you don't include the zeros when entering your user ID.

Check your confirming email - there is definitely an after hours number available.

That's odd - every confirmation I've gotten from them for a job that included edocs has a section titled NOTARY CHECKLIST, and the emergency number is listed there. It varies, depending on who's on call that week. Check your PM for some login info that might help you.

Which office are you dealing with? I've got three possible numbers you can call, but they're all for the Frisco, TX office and won't be of much use if you're dealing with another office.
