Yes, and if I recall they were a little over 100 pages. Paid well and timely.

well i do have one question the pkg contains a first position letter for no one to sign except a spot for closing agent is this something they expect me to sign it states the first mortgage ahs been paid ......

Do not sign it. You are not the closing agent. The only place you should be signing is where is states "notary Public" or on the Patriot Act form detailing the borrower's ID.

This letter is more like a certification from the settlement agent that the newly signed mortgage will be in the first and best lien position. I wouldn't sign it - that responsibility (and liability) is one someone else.

on page 1 of the lenders closing instructions - towards the bottom - they want you to obtain an e-mail address for the borrowers. Supposedly if you don't put an e-mail or 'none' on the line it won't fund timely and 'naturally' that will be blamed on you.
