IMHO...since it would not be covered under the heading "Notary Signing Agent"...you can only charge him/her what your state allows.
I'm assuming, of course, that the client is coming to you...has the docs...and you just place your notary seal where he/she signs. If that is so, then my advice is probably correct.
HOWEVER...if not (they are being delivered to you...or you have to travel....or you have to print the docs AND travel...then YOU and only YOU can determine what to charge...taking into account your time to print, check over, go to...go from, deliver to, or FedEx to)
