1 Touch Closings, FL
Anybody had trouble with double-bookings with 1Touch from Boca Raton, FL? I got another order from them for next week. Had one last month and when I got there, there was another notary already there. They said they didn't do it. Just wondering if I should cancel or not. Anybody else have double-booking or pay problems with them lately?

How to check your PM (private messages);
Click on the home link. There will be a mailbox icon with the words next to it: You Have New Messages! Click on that as well, then the message you want to read. I hope that helps

One Touch Closings, 1 Touch
Got it finally, thanks. Called the borrower before going this time and they said they were meeting another notary for the closing, so I didn't go this time.
1T left me a bunch of messges and emails the next morning saying "YOU DIDN'T SHOW UP TO THE CLOSING CALL ME IMMEDIATELY!!!"
I called back and let them know about the double booking again, with a nice rant and said never contact me again.
Hate them. Not sure why this isn't searchable? 1 Touch Closings, One Touch, Boca Raton, FL.

Re: One Touch Closings, 1 Touch
Hello, I'm not sure which title company this file was set to go through, but sometimes there is a miscommunication with the title co., loan officers and our office. Double-booking is rarely a trait of our company but unfortunately it has happened. Not with our office double-booking notaries that we hire, but with the loan officer and title double-booking notaries and obviously not making us aware. I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.
