Do not work for this company unless you don't mind working for free. I did a closing for Kami Rejino on January 19, 2007. I have made several phone calls to her cell phone and the office phone with no return call or check. I knew something was up with this company when I took the order but I was hoping that I was just being to protective. You know how when you take a job from a company and the first thing that comes to your mind is will I get paid. Well that question came to my mind with this company and they supposedly cut checks shortly after the loan funding. So 2 months later and still no check so just wanted you all to be aware of this dead beat company.

Google is your friend, when you get a call from a company you never heard of search it.

Example if you type this "A & L Nationwide" in Google you would come up with this.

I completed a signing 11/23/05, and even after several inquiries(as of 2/22/06), I have not been paid. The borrowers claim nothing unusual happend, no corrections. Kamela N. Rejino (Kami) owner claims her tax preparer has her books and she can't write checks (since December). Watch out for this signing agency, she appears to be under funded, and has a real bad attitude if you ask for payment.

Finally got paid. Had to send demand letter to Kami, lender and escrow company. Received a check in a couple of days. Kami claims she sent a check, but it was not received. Maybe, but probably not.

I am very picky about the Signing Services I work with, they call I say sure send me the info as soon as I get it I google the name and sometimes the phone #(some companies are tricky and change their name). If i like what I see I fill out the sign up sheet or call them back to decline the job. And I don't hesitate to tell them why I declined.
