A signing agent dream

We signing agents can bring the closing to the borrower -- anywhere they want.

So I was thinking about how nice it would be if the borrower's closing was scheduled on a Sunday, during football season. They had an executive suite at Invesco Field and didn't want to miss seeing the Broncos play. So we arranged to do the closing during half time. And to be sure that I would be there exactly when half time started, they allowed me to watch the entire game with them, from start to finish.

But this was not just any game. This was the AFC Championship game. The Broncos won, and made it to the Super Bowl. It's the type of closing I would pay to do.

A person can dream, can't they?
