Accusigning
I have read all the non-paying comments posted AFTER I agreed to do a signing for them. I sent them an email detailing all of problems that signing agents are commenting on and that I feel uncomfortable doing any services for them without a guarantee of payment. I have not heard back from them, but will post their response.

I accepted and completed a signing before I had read about them. I called them 30 days after the signing and told them what I had read on not/rot. I called their guy and he said payment was on it's way. When I did not get paid in a week, I emailed the scheduler and told her I was preparing to file against her @ small claims, since she was my contact person. Got a call that day from the owner of the company who told me how mean I was and how I had no life if I was reading the forum on this site. Guess what I GOT Paid! With a promise of never being called again (thank You) lo and behold they call me again. I said no, the scheduler called back and promised I would be paid. I did do the signing and am waiting on my check. I will use the same tactics if I am not paid, and I will follow thru on the small claims. But I did tell her if I was paid in a timely fashion. I would post that on this site.

You have to threaten for payment & then accept more work?
Sounds like an abusive relationship to me.

Have to agree with MelissaCT on this.
If we all turned down these deadbeats, these assignments would go to a reputable SS or TC and the whole problem would cease. To continue to work for someone with whom you've had a severe payment problem is not a very sound business plan. And that's the understatement of the year.
