Ameridocs, Costa Mesa

I have read some of the past postings about this company and I should not have done any signings for them. I have an invoice from Jan 11, 2007 and I get no response from them although I sent serveral faxes. Today I called the Costa Mesa number and was told to call an AZ number and talk to Jeff. After I called and left a message he called me back and told me that they had no January invoices open but if I would send him a invoice, he would look into it. He also said that they DO NOT pay if the loan does not fund.
Does he think we work for free? Does he get paid? I printed docs, went to the signings (two times) the docs were signed and now he's telling me that "that was fun, but we don't pay".
The AZ and CA Ameridocs are the same company.

Did they disclose this 0 payment if loan does not fund m"policy" prior to you accepting the assignment? Since we do not work on commission, it seems clear that you are owed the agreed upon fees for the agreed upon services you performed.

You can stand in line with the rest of the creditors when you go to sue. It is not that I do not feel for your plight....more just on a comment of what is likley to happend with them.
