The only sub prime lenders I've done business for in the last 2 years is Countrywide's Full Spectrum division, and only because the TC only stated that it was a Countrywide loan. After working as a RE Paralegal for a law firm that only closed subprime loans, I stay far away from them. They are the first to dwindle in a bad or iffy market, and the most work with the least reward! Also, even from a law office standpoint, too many of them just didn't close because the broker/LO didn't come through with what was promised.
