Angels on the Run? are they running away?????
Have you done a closing for them latetly? Have you gotten paid?
I was wondering because I did a closing back in February (middle of it) and have not received payment....The owner said that she was going to pay slow, but I will get pay, but I am now wondering HOW long is SLOW PAY.
Thanks!

To me slow pay is anything over 30 days. My guess is that when they say they are slow, it will be 45 to 60 days.

... I was paid earlyer this month for a signing completed the first week of December. After several emails & phone messages, I eventually was able to talk to the owner (she actually returned my call) who said she was having some cash flow problems & that somebody wasn't paying her. Anyway, I later received the check.

Hi there,
I did a signing for Angels on the Run back in December 2006 and was recently paid. They still owe me for a loan signing. I have spoken with I believe Maureen. Both Maureen and her sister are undergoing some real hard financial times right now. Apparently, some of their clients have gone out of business and they are doing the best they can to get their notaries paid. Try to be patient with them, they're good people and I don't want to see them go out of business.

I did a closing for them a few years ago and it took months to get paid back then. The excuse was something about a fire. (I guess my invoice was lost in the fire? I can't recall...I did get paid...eventually, after many calls, emails, faxes,etc...)
