Anybody Know Precision Document Signing?

Hi all -- I just got an invitation to fill out their application to handle closings for them. I'm always suspicious when they start out inviting you to apply (getting your SSN and other info). In my experience so far, services contact you with a proposed closing and ask for your W-9 in conjunction with that. Is that the norm? Or have I just been lucky so far? LOL Anyway, is Precision Document Signing a legitimate service?

Hi Judy, are they out of Michigan. If yes, they are a true blue company. Ive only done one signing for them but payment was within a reasonable time.

Thanks, Lisa -- I'm getting more cautious lately about sending out my information without knowing the recipients. There's been so much more spam than usual, and it's getting very sophisticated. I appreciate your comments; I'll complete the forms and send them in.
