Bad Signing Company

I just sent a fax to a company that owes me money from last November and keeps telling me that they "sent the check" but they have not sent me the copy of that check even though I have requested it several times. If they do not respond within the next week I will take further action including posting their name here and on other notary sites and also file with the BBB. I also have a copy of a collection letter which goes much further and I will use it.
If you have trouble with other companies, do all notaries a favor and post here, other notary sites and the BBB. We work too hard for our money.

Why Wait to post the name?

If they owe you from November, why would you wait another week to post the company name? Say who they are, maybe you can prevent a notary from taking an EOM job that they will never get paid for.

There's always the chance that there is a good reason why they made the mistake and I like to give everybody their chance to correct the problem. I will post if they do not.

SD ... I also have one invoice not paid from

PCS. This signing was one 11/21/06 and she alwasys says " check is in the mail" Her name is Bridgett Branch. STAY AWAY!
