I have been doing loan signings for three and a half years, and MOBILE DOC'S are the worst people I have dealt with. They drove me and the borrowers crazy, as well as the lender they were working with, Instant Capital Escrow. The borrowers had a first and second, and they said, and I concurred, that they had never seen so much paperwork. MOBILE DOC'S emailed 350 plus pages for the borrowers to sign. Then they harassed me and the borrowers, so much so that the borrowers told me that they were going to work with another lender. Out of all those pages, there were multiple duplicates. It was a nightmare. Beware of these folks!

I just declined one of their orders because they mailed me a check last year that was $75.00 short and they never returned my calls. I will never do business with them again. The Lender happens to be Instant Capital Escrow..and based on your feedback Cathy, I guess I just saved myself from a lot of troubles.
