Deed Question for Arizona Property

Does Arizona use a grant deed when conveying property? Or would they use a "joint tenancy deed" in the same way? TIA

I'm not 100%, but for Joint Tenants with Right of Survivorship Arizona uses a Warranty Deed with an Acceptance of Joint Tenancy with Right of Suvivorship. You can usually find examples on the Maricopa County Assessor website as these are imaged and available to view. Is that what you're looking for?
