You can only charge if it is on your intital invoice or added into the contract you may have signed.

YES, and it doesn't need to be in the contract/agreement you signed either. All my confirmations have that stipulation included. If they don't like it then they can cancel the order. None ever have and if any do I would assume that they never intended to pay anyway. My fee is added after 90 days. All invoices are billed as net 45 days and then they get reminders.
