Dynamic docs???
Okay, I totally understand e-docs as emailed docs, but yesterday I got thrown a curve ball. I was asked to log onto a site (given a login & password) to retreive docs with Swiftview. In one doc, there was both letter and legal and my printer did not have the ability to switch back and forth automatically. Can anyone explain this to me and what do I do in the future? Is this what is referred to as Dynamic docs?

Dynamic Dox is a website to download documents. If your printer doesn't have two trays, just print all in legal unless the hiring entity tells you otherwise. You will find in this business that you will receive documents from many different websites, using different print utilitities. You can check out PAW's website to download a few of them.
Good luck!

i never print anything on.......
letter size paper....always on legal and in many many years have never had a complaint.....legal can always be cut down to letter if need be, but letter can't be stretched to legal....be sure you go to printers and rt click then choose advanced and then choose legal as the paper size as swift view and some of the others don't give you an option when you hit "print"..........

Actually, Swiftview DOES give the option, sort of,
to use the predefined size specified by the printer. You can check what size that is within Swiftview & then go into printer properties to make the change, if necessary.
