Eleventh Hour Signing - New Info?

They tell me they have a new accountant and payment will be in 30 days.
Can anyone give me more info?

I thought I had read a while back that they want you to agree to accept $35 as payment in full if the loan no-signs or rescinds?

Thank you, I did look back with the Search button, but everything there does not reflect current issues.

Yes, it's 35.00 if the loan is recinded. But they do pay. I've worked for them in the past.
I have always been treated fairly by them.

Eleventh Hour Signing - The notary instruction sheet indicates there is a reduction of fee if the loan is a no-sign, but there is NOT a reduction of notary fee if the loan rescends.

Paige and Boudeeka are wonderful to work with, they are growing very fast, and yes, they have a new accountant. They are a little slow to pay, but reliable and honest to a fault.

I'm working on billings. When I called their office, they gave me website to go to to email for payment to accounting. It said they would be updating their attorney on a weekly basis of the claims that have been submitted on thier website. I'm not holding my breath at this point.
I just submitted it a couple of days ago. We'll see what happens.
