Elite Signing Service - MN and UPS

This SS has been using incorrect UPS numbers in their confirmations. They were being billed to my account because of this. All of their docs were going to Premier Title in MN. Premier was refusing to pay. I finally got ESS to pay the past ones. They gave me a different number the last two signings. They paid for my signings, but I just got a bill from UPS for shipment for both of them. Their number is disconnected. Premier is refusing to pay me for the $90+ because they said they already paid ESS. Now I was told that ESS is no longer in business. So i guess I did a freebee again.

...are you referring to? There's one located in KC, MO (excellent) & one in Cary, IL (not so good).

St. Louis Park, MN. Excellent to work for, prompt payment..

..they were just using bad acct. numbers for UPS and they were taking the amounts from my checking account. I wasn't finding out until I received my UPS statement.

What information are you putting on the "senders" section? I never, ever put my info down. I put the delivery info in the senders section also. I have never had a problem doing this. I have never been billed for anything.

I use the computer labels. I have to put my account number to generate the label. Is it possible to generate them without my number on the compter?

I believe you do - I generate my labels the same way for FedEx and UPS.

Elite Signing Serv AKA Elite Title Serv. nka Advanced Title

Update They answered their phone (before it said disconnected). The name of their business has been changed to Advanced Title Services. I left a message with the details. I'll have to wait and see.

Advanced Title Service update.

The People most of you have dealt with at Advanced Title Services in Bloomington, MN ie. Bob,Deb, Molly... Are now known as New Millenium Title Group. As far as I know they have no affiliation with Elite Signing Service. Advanced Title Services is still up and running and they may still be with Elite. Hope this helps.

I was told that Advanced Title bought out Elite in St. Louis Park, MN. They kept all of the employees.
